Musical Groups Present Pops Concert

On Friday, November 2, The Burgin Center's Simon Theatre will swing with the sounds of jazz, rock and big band music.  The concert begins with the Percussion Ensemble and includes five up-tempo numbers from the  Mercersburg Jazz Band.  Magalia, the women's a capella group will present selections from their repertoire.  A Mercersburg favorite, the award winning Octet, will also present a selection of numbers.  The musical groups are directed by Jack Hawbaker, Jim Brinson and Richard Rotz. The concert begins at 8 p.m.; it is free and open to the community.  Pops poster by Mary Chen '10.
