Jyselle Sancho, Director of Learning Services:
Having served as a tutor since 1983 Jyselle's talent of assisting students with academic difficulties grew into the full-time position of learning specialist. Her reputation as an exacting tutor, who possesses detailed knowledge of each subject's curriculum and a gentle approach to instruction, have brought her the further responsibilities of Mercersburg's first director of Learning Services and Testing. In this role, she not only coordinates the school's tutoring services, but facilitates a yearly SAT-prep course focused on test-taking skills and study methods. Jyselle enjoys children, as well as foreign languages and cultures. Her interests lie with the arts, especially dance, music, and 3-D art.
