Compete On A Higher Level
Designed for the junior/senior high wrestler, the Storm Wrestling Camp is a development and competition camp that centers on a systematic approach to wrestling. The program combines technique and drilling sessions, live wrestling, mental preparation, and recreational competitions.
We Deliver What They Promise
Many camps make exaggerated claims about being the biggest, the best, the most challenging, or even having the best featured clinicians. We make no such claims. However, we guarantee that you will be a better wrestler because of our successful system of training and technique.
Featured staff and clinicians for this year's camp:
- Pat Pecora-head coach of national collegiate power Pitt-Johnstown. He has guided the 'Cats to two NCAA Division II national titles and has been named the NCAA Division II coach of the year twice.
- Butch Keaser-3x All-American at the Naval Academy who went on to win a world championship, claim an Olympic silver medal, and become an executive with IBM.
- Mel Gray-head coach of western Pennsylvania power Belle Vernon High School; teaches his pinning combination series nationwide.
- George Reid-former collegiate coach (Purdue, Georgia) and highly successful high school coach who was recently selected to the New Jersey wrestling Hall of Fame.
- Rick Hendrickson-head coach at Mercersburg Academy, where he has produced 26 prep All-Americans, more than 20 collegiate wrestlers, and over 220 dual meet victories.
